Pre-departure Services

FORTRUST offers a wide range of pre-departure supporting services for our students to ensure their study experience in a foreign country is a smooth and organized one. These services include:

Student Visa Support (new application / renewal)

All international students in Australia must hold a valid visa during the whole period of their study. Whether you are applying for your first student visa or renewing it onshore, FORTRUST are able to give our students full assistance. Our experienced counsellors are dedicated to assist you to prepare and apply for your student visas as well as overcoming any visa-related issues.

Airport Pick-Up

Individual airport pick-up services can be arranged with FORTRUST at a cost of AUD$100. Students will be safely transported to their designated accommodation. Other personalised complimentary services are also provided without extra cost, such as accompanying the student to set up a new bank account and a mobile phone number.

Accommodation Arrangement Assistance

FORTRUST provides assistance to students in regards to on-campus accommodation or homestay booking arrangements, subject to availability at the time of application.
