What will I learn?
Get the skills you need to work with clients and lead teams to build successful events. Learn about staging components, how to select event venues, and manage and promote projects. This diploma teaches you how to manage a budget, prepare proposals, manage event registrations, obtain sponsors, and oversee on-site operations including staging and risk management. Our teachers have strong links with key stakeholders in the events industry, giving you the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field as part of your studies.
In addition to Brisbane, this program also offers in East Coast, Gold Coast.

Entry Requirement From Vietnam

All applicants must be of age 21 and above; At least a Lower Second Class Honours degree or higher; Equivalent overseas qualification and grade; A suitable professional qualification and practical experience may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Pearson PTE 56 (with no score lower than 51). Other English Language Requirements: Cambridge English: Advanced 169 (with no score lower than 162); MDIS Professional Certificate in English.

Entry Requirement For International Student

Academic Requirements
Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent). Non school-leavers must have relevant work experience or qualification that indicates likely success of course completion.
Students should be a minimum of 18 years of age.
English Language Requirements:
They must satisfy the following requirements such as 5.5 on IELTS with no individual score less than 5.0; Successful completion of 12 weeks TAFE Queensland English Language Program (TQELP) with results certified to course entry level; TOEFL: 69 (internet based test), 530 (paper based test), 197 (computer based test); ISLPR: 2+ on 4 skills - reading, writing, listening and speaking; First Cambridge Certificate of English, C Grade Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English; Successful completion of a vocational course of Australian Qualifications Framework Level 3 or higher, in which the medium of instruction is English; Sound achievement, or equivalent, Year 12 Board English in an Australian School; Successful completion on TQELP English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
