What will I learn?
This course is designed for scientists and engineers who wish to develop their skills in environmental analysis. The involvement of industry in the design of the course and a industry-based project (limited number and subject to availability), maximise employment prospects. Students on the MSc Instrumental Analytical Science Environmental Analysis course will benefit from the use of modern analytical equipment, study visits, guest lecturers and workshops. Research activities within the University underpin the coursework.
The course is assessed by a number of different module specific methods, ranging from exams, coursework, presentation, Thesis compilation and oral defence. The MSc was designed in liaison with Industry and as such there is a strong emphasis on the applied analytical techniques used within the analytical sector. Industrial demand for graduates from the course is consistently high. The MSc project also allows you to make invaluable links with our industrial partners. You may also want to consider a research post or other training opportunities in universities. Entry Requirement From Vietnam

Students applying from the USA are expected to have a 4 year Bachelors Degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75/4.0 for courses which require a 2.2 degree. For courses which ask for a 2.1, 3.2/4.0 or better is required.


Entry Requirement For International Student

Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
