The Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design (MSHFID) program cultivates a deep understanding of human behavior and perception to inform product design, optimize the user experience (UX) and drive innovation. The program emphasizes the strategic role of UX in enhancing an organization is competitive advantage. Learn about human behavior relative to product design, universal accessibility, minimal design, usability and the user experience;
Master user experience research methods, including ethnography, field research, interviews, survey design, and formative and summative usability testing;
