What will I learn?
This course focuses on understanding psychology in social context, and seeks to provide novel perspectives and insights aimed at the achievement of social justice. In drawing together the complementary fields of community psychology and critical social psychology, we have sought to develop an MSc that will appeal to students who value a focus on social critique and social justice in conjunction with a rigourous and scholarly approach to the discipline of psychology. The Community and Critical Social Psychology (CCSP) MSc will thus enable you to take a fresh approach to psychology, involving a focus on critique of accepted ways of working within the discipline and engagements with pressing 'real-world' concerns.
