What will I learn?
Studying BA (Hons) Business and Management enables students to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding of the strategic and international dimensions of business and management. The course provides students with the necessary expertise to critically evaluate business models and concepts and apply them to real-world situations.
Students are prepared for a wide range of careers as they develop knowledge of markets, customer behaviour, corporate strategy and project management. Opportunities exist with employers in the private, public and voluntary sectors, as well as the possibility of running your own business. If you are already working in your chosen field and looking to develop your career, the course includes flexible options that allow you to specialise in an area of business studies, for example marketing communications or business finance.

Students are required to have TOEFL score of 525 on paper-based.


Entry Requirement For International Student

Students should have successfully completed high school college preparatory core in effect at the time of graduation from high school. They must also have a cumulative high school grade-point average of 2.5. An ACT composite score of 21 or a combined verbal/math SAT I score of at least 990 is also required. Students who were home schooled or completed a GED are automatically admitted if they have an ACT composite score of 21 or a combined verbal/math SAT I score of at least 990. In addition to this, international students should have obtained a TOEFL score of at least 525 (paper‐based), or 71 (iBT); or an IELTS score of at least 6; or completed the UALR Intensive English Language Program through the final level; or completed English composition I and II at a regionally accredited post secondary U.S. institution with a C grade or better.
