The Graduate Diploma of Asset and Maintenance Management is ideal if you are currently employed in the areas of asset management, maintenance engineering or maintenance management, and wish to advance your career and upgrade your knowledge, skills and qualifications. This qualification is highly regarded by industry, reflecting the increasing demand for asset management reliability, availability and maintainability, as well as advanced maintenance management qualifications.
The Asset and Maintenance Management course aims to provide you with an understanding of asset management principles, maintenance philosophies, strategies and processes. You will develop your analytical skills in order to create sustainable, safe and cost effective solutions and will apply a range of practical skills and knowledge using the latest asset and management tools.
CQUniversity offers three post graduate courses in the discipline of asset and maintenance management including the Graduate Certificate in Asset and Maintenance Management, Graduate Diploma of Asset and Maintenance Management, and Master of Asset and Maintenance Management.
You are required to complete eight units, comprising of five core units (four of which are from the Graduate Certificate of Asset and Maintenance Management) and three electives.

Applicants must have a successfully completed the equivalent of an Australian undergraduate degree. Other English Language Requirements accepted: Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) score of 62 with no score less than 54; Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English Overall test score of 176 (with no individual band score of less than 169).
Students must have successful completion of a bachelor is degree with the equivalent to an Australian pass grade average in the final two terms, from a recognized Higher Education institution. Other entry pathways such as relevant work experience and/or a combination of qualifications may also be considered.
Other English language requirements: IELTS Academic - 6.0 with no individual band score of less than 5.5; TOEFL Internet-based - Overall score of 75 with no score less than 17; Pearson Test of English Academic - Overall score of 50 with no score less than 42.
