What will I learn?
Offices, shopping malls, factories and houses are all buildings that surround us and impact our quality of life. Study at the University of Reading Malaysia for the BSc Real Estate and be equipped to actively manage and make your mark on built environments of the future.
Giving you maximum flexibility to design your degree to suit your own career goals, the first two years of this innovative programme focus on core studies in real estate. In the final year, you will then have an opportunity to specialize in one of the four areas of the property sector, either in Malaysia or the UK.

Throughout your degree you will gain an in-depth understanding of core subject areas such as economics, finance, business management, planning, valuation, law and construction. You will also have numerous opportunities to apply your new-found expertise in the real world, allowing you to develop industry-relevant skills that will make you a highly sought-after graduate as you begin your career journey in real estate or associated professions.

Entry Requirement From Vietnam

An applicant must have: a bachelor is degree from a recognized university, or equivalent; relevant work experience*; and an acceptable GMAT score or the equivalent, subject to the approval of the MBA Programme Director. Other English Language Requirements accepted: TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based test); or other equivalent qualifications.

Entry Requirement For International Student

Students must have the following:
A Level: AAB+ - BBB
UEC: 14 points from 5 subjects excluding Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese Language and Bookkeeping & Accounts
International Baccalaureate: 30 points overall or an equivalent international qualification
Grade B or higher in English at IGCSE; SPM English 1119 Grade B or higher
Grade B or higher in Maths at IGCSE; SPM Mathematics Grade B or higher or an equivalent international qualification
English Language Requirement:
IELTS Band 6.5 (or equivalent) is required for those whose education has not been undertaken in English
