When you complete the Advanced Diploma of Accounting, you ill be academically qualified to apply for membership with the Institute of Public Accountants and depending on your choice of electives, you could also apply to be a registered tax agent.
This course will provide you with specialist business and accounting skills in areas such as corporate governance, business statistics, economics, complex tax returns and tax compliance. The program reflects both existing practice and emerging trends in the finance industry, providing you with readily transferable professional skills. Students must have completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent, or apply under mature-age entry with relevant work experience. Some courses will also accept Year 11. Other English Language Requirements are TOEFL (paper based) 550, PTE (academic) 50, Cambridge Advanced CAE 52, Occupational English Test OET Pass.
