What will I learn?
CQUniversity's Diploma of Digital Media can prepare you for para-professional work in the digital media industries. This course will provide you with skills and knowledge that can be applied in a variety of fields associated with design, technology and media.
The Diploma of Digital Media will prepare you to work within the digital media industries by providing practical skills and relevant theory that can be applied in a variety of fields associated with design, technology and media.

Working within multimedia computer laboratories and production studios, you will learn how to create digital media works using industry-standard software development tools and techniques.

This course will equip you with the skills to think critically, solve problems, communicate effectively and work independently in response to digital media project demands.

On completion of this course you may choose to further your skills with the Associate Degree or Bachelor of Digital Media.

Entry Requirement From Vietnam

Admission to undergraduate courses at the University of Tasmania requires qualifications equivalent to the 12th year of schooling in Australia. English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) - 6.0 (no individual band less than 5.5); TOEFL (IBT) 72 (no skill below: Reading 10; Listening 9; Speaking 16; Writing 19); PTE Academic 50 with no score lower than 42; UTAS Access-English Level 6 - 60% (no individual score less than 55%); Cambridge CAE (Certificate of Advanced English) - B Grade; Cambridge CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English) - C Grade; Cambridge BEC (Business English Certificate) Higher - C Grade; Upper Secondary School Certificate of Graduation (Kotogakko Sotsugyo Shosho) - Overall average of 2.75 of all graded subjects.


Entry Requirement For International Student

Students must have successful completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent; or completion of AQF Certificate IV or equivalent.
Other English language requirements: IELTS Academic - 5.5 (with no individual band score of less than 5.0); TOEFL Internet-based - Overall score of 65 with no score less than 15; PTE Academic - Overall score of 46 with no score less than 42; CAE, CPE - Overall test score of 162 (with no individual band score of less than 154).
