This course is recognised and accredited by the International Association of Private Career Colleges (IAPCC). The courses offered by ICI are unique as they take a very hands on approach. Our courses are not designed to teach you just the theory behind the industry - they are written and tutored by industry professionals and will fast-track you into a new career of your choice.
ICI is a design school member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). ICI students are eligible to join the IIDA as Student Members, which qualifies them for entry to trade shows and provides discounts on products. (Relevant to: Interior Design & Decoration courses offered by ICI).
Which department am I in? Faculty of Design
Applicants must have successful graduation from an academic secondary school program or equivalent (For most countries, the same academic preparation as is required for university entrance in that country is required for consideration. Refer to Admission Requirements by Country.) Program specific prerequisite courses; Equivalent of a minimum 70% overall final average (Canadian). Other English language requirements accepted: TOEFL paper based score of 550; TOEFL computer based score of 213; Achieve a minimum score of 85 on the MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery) offered by the University of Michigan; Achieve a score of 60 or more in the CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment).
There are no previous work or education requirements for entry into course level. Students may enrol directly into Advanced Certificate level without completing lower ranked qualifications.
