What will I learn?
The accountant analyzes and interprets the essential information about the operations of a business and contributes to important policies and decisions. Accountants are also asked to interpret tax laws and analyze how these laws may influence a business i future decisions. An accountant should have above-average aptitude for working with numbers and the ability to concentrate and communicate. Accounting affords a continuing challenge to creative alert minds. Course of Study: Complete the Associate in Business - Direct Transfer Agreement/Major Related Program (DTA/MRP) degree requirements or consult a college counselor/adviser for AA degree requirements. Carefully check the foreign language requirements of the college to which you plan to transfer. If possible, complete these requirements while enrolled at the Community College. Completion of recommended courses in a pre-major for transfer does not necessarily assure a student admission to a four-year institution or a specific program.

Entry Requirement For International Student

Student must have completed at least 10th grade (or equivalent) home country. Student must be at least 16 years of age by first day of the quarter. English language requirements: Applicants must have a TOEFL score of 500 Paper/ 173 cBT; PTE Academic (Pearson) - 48 or higher; TOEIC - 540 or higher.
