Deakin College International Scholarships

To be automatically awarded a Deakin College International Scholarship, you must:

· be a citizen of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand or Vietnam, residing outside of Australia

· enrol as an international student

· commence a Foundation Program or Diploma program in Trimester 1, 2025.

About the scholarship

· You are not required to apply for the scholarship. You will be automatically considered at the time of application

· The scholarship is valued at 20% of your Foundation and/or diploma program tuition fees

· The scholarship cannot be awarded in conjunction with any other Deakin College scholarship but can be awarded with a Deakin University scholarship

· You must pass every unit to retain the scholarship throughout your program

Early Bird Scholarships – February, 2025 Intake

· This Scholarship is for full fee-paying international students, enrolling into a Foundation or Diploma pathway from Southeast Asia.

· This scholarship provides a AUD$1,000 credit applied to the tuition fee account, to be used to offset the tuition fees for the next study period.

· This scholarship is available for a limited time only – it only applies to any eligible student who accepts their offer from 30th October 2024 until the scholarship quota has been met.

· This Scholarship is only applicable for students studying at a Pathway college in Australia (not for managed campuses unless a pathway program).

· You are required to pay the full tuition fee amount stated on your Letter of Offer and student invoice, the amount of the scholarship will be credited as a refund in your student account if you have deemed eligible

· This Scholarship is not transferable or refundable.

· The Scholarship must be taken up in Trimester 1- 2025, it cannot be deferred to a future study period.

· This Scholarship can be revoked if you do not accept your Letter of Offer or enrol into your course by the dates specified in your Letter of Offer. Navitas reserves the right to vary or add to any of these terms and conditions at its discretion with adequate notice.

To retain the scholarship:

· If you apply for Deferral, you will not be eligible for the scholarship upon your return.

· If you withdraw, defer or are terminated from your course, you will not be eligible for the continuation of the scholarship.

Deakin College Foundation Pathway Progression Scholarship 

Scholarship Terms and Conditions

· Students who complete the Deakin College Foundation program and enrol directly into a Deakin University degree will be eligible for the new Deakin College Foundation Pathway Scholarship.

· 10% off the Bachelor degree tuition fees if the graduating Foundation student achieves a grade between 60-65%

· 15% off the Bachelor degree tuition fees if the graduating Foundation student achieves a grade of 65%+

· The bursary is open to all international students. The bursary can not be held in conjunction with any other Deakin scholarship.
