Oct 2026 – Jan 2027: Eligibility checks and application assessment by the reading committee.

Mar – Apr 2027: Interview sessions take place at the British Embassy or High Commission.
Mid-Jun 2027: Announcement of final Chevening Scholarship recipients.
8 Jul 2027: Deadline for submitting an unconditional offer letter from chosen universities.
Sep/Oct 2027: Departure to the UK and commencement of Master's studies.
Interview Preparation
Although the announcement is still next year, prepare yourself starting now:
Prepare Documents: Ensure the completeness of your ID card/Passport, diploma, and recommendation letters are being processed to be ready when requested.
Understand Your Essays: Re-read your four essays and prepare concrete examples that demonstrate your leadership qualities.
Research Universities: Understand the strong reasons behind your selection of three study programs and their relevance to your long-term career plans.
Practice Interview: Practice using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to narrate your experiences convincingly and structured.
Chevening Scholarship Coverage
This scholarship is highly sought after because it is very comprehensive, covering full tuition fees (MBA programs are capped at GBP 22,000), a monthly living allowance, round-trip economy class airfare, visa costs, as well as arrival and departure allowances. You will also officially join a network of over 60,000 alumni worldwide.
Key Eligibility Criteria
As a reminder, recipients of this scholarship must be Indonesian citizens, have a minimum of two years of work experience (equivalent to 2,800 hours), and be fully committed to returning to Indonesia for at least two years after the study period ends.
