Transformation for Education To The Industrial Era 5.0

On September 19, 2025, the Forrest Education Services hosted a visionary educational event, held at Sheraton Hotel, Surabaya. More than 60 principal, counselor, curriculum developer, and lead education from high school in Surabaya gathered for an important purpose: consolidate educators with the primary skills required in the age of Industry 5.0.

The sulking event Empowering Future- Ready Learns It presents an intensive workshop designed for educators to be ready for global change. In a series of interactive sessions in 10 minutes, experts from a top Singapore university share insight from basic understanding of Industry 5.0 to innovative learning strategies.

The first session was opened by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) which explains how intelligent technology integration and human intelligence revolutionize the working world and education. Continued by the National University of Singapore (NUS), participants are called into the core of industrial competence 5.0, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, digital literacy, and the adaptability that is now getting vital.

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) emphasizes the importance of collaborative culture and learning for life, while Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) shares innovative pedagogi methods and digital tools to improve student involvement.

Problem- Based Learning method of the Republic Polytechnic (RP) strengthens the participants' ability to solve a real challenge together, while Polytechnic Tec (TP) highlights the importance of the authentic industrial experience in order for student knowledge to truly be relevant to future needs.

Singapore Management University invites participants to design learning plans that can grow creativity and critical thinking through immediate practice. Singapore University of Social Sciences (SISS) reminds, digitization must be unified with social understanding for students to be ready to lead change in society.

At the end of the session, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) shares a way to integrate technology like AI or LOT into meaningful learning, and the alumni panels shut down the show with inspiration: how the college created them to combine human skills with technology to succeed in the work of Industry 5.0.

This workshop opened up a discussion room and a real simulation. The educators not only get the theory, but the concrete strategy to apply in study-teaching daily. With this show, Surabators move towards the future of more dynamic, adaptive and relevant education. Through collaboration with the Fortrust Education Services, participants are believed to be able to create a generation of students who are not only ready for the challenges of the future, but are also able to lead transformation in the age of Industry 5.0.
